MEAT PROCESSING PLANT

Modular abattoir
The modular slaughterhouse and processing plant established in accordance with the capacity of cattle feedlot. It is an energy-efficient facility that can increase its production capacity based on demand. It offers a versatile and efficient solution for organizing production activities in the region, with various advantages including optimality and productivity.

Quality and technology
The plant is operating with a clear objective and strategic plan to meet the requirements of international quality standards, including ISO 22000, HACCP, and HALAL. The plant supplies all types of beef and beef products with verified source of origin, maintaining their quality year-round across four seasons, and distributes them to the market either as fresh or frozen products.
This facility is the first meat processing plant in Mongolia to operate according to North American Meat Processing (NAMP) technology, including grading and marbling. In addition to supplying high-quality, well-marbled beef steaks to consumers, it also produces and delivers fresh beef and by-products on a daily basis, all meeting strict high standards of quality

Sustainable and Environmentally friendly
This facility is designed to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability throughout all stages of its operations—from the initial slaughtering process to storage, refrigeration, and final packaging—by reducing waste to the lowest possible level and ensuring energy-efficient practices.
The wastewater treatment facility, with a daily capacity of 88 cubic meters, treats effluent to a quality suitable for irrigating plants and trees. As the first privately operated wastewater treatment plant in the rural area, it serves as a benchmark for local private sector initiatives.
Additionally, it is the first meat processing facility to adopt the reduce, reuse, and recycle (3R) approach for all waste generated. This includes utilizing specialized equipment to dry animal blood, cud, and offal, as well as crushing bones for reuse, thereby promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.
